Monroe Arnold (November 9, 1924February 2, 1991 (Queens, New York)) was an American actor who appeared on television and in a few films, mostly in the 1960s. He guest starred as Willie in the episode Top Hat, White Tie and Bomb Sight on the sitcom Hogan's Heroes. He also appeared on such television shows as Bewitched, Get Smart, The Munsters, Off We Go, as well appear in the pilot episode for a live-action Dick Tracy TV series as Sam Catchem. He also appeared in the films, Terror in the City, How to Save a Marriage and Ruin Your Life and Goodbye, Columbus.
