Decker is a fictional character who appeared in the Hogan's Heroes episode, Bad Day in Berlin. He was played by John Stephenson.

He is a deep agent planted by Germany in England. During World War II, he is discovered to be a spy for the Nazis. He escapes from England before he could be arrested, along with enough information to destroy half the underground.

Colonel Hogan, after being enlisted by an Allied agent named Major Hans Teppel, went after Decker in an attempt to return him to England before he could give his stolen information to the Gestapo. They capture him in Berlin, and after a brief setback, take him back to Stalag 13 to be transported back to England to stand trial for espionage.
