Colonel Feldkamp (Luftwaffe)

Oberst Feldkamp was the Luftwaffe Kommandant of Luft-Stalag XV. While in command of the Stalag, the Oberst became ill and was sent to a Rest-Camp. After recovering from his illness, he was found to be in excellent health, and therefore subject to, and promptly transferred to an active-duty position on the Russian Front.
