Oberst Franz Bussie, Kommandant of Stalag 19, is a fictional character who appeared in the Hogan's Heroes episode, The Schultz Brigade. He was played by Lou Krugman. He and Colonel Burmeister, Kommandant of Stalag 10, attempted to coerce Colonel Klink, Kommandant of Stalag 13, into a plot to overthrow and replace their superior, General Burkhalter.
