Arthur Julian (March 7, 1923 – January 30, 1995) was an American-born writer, producer and actor, who was mainly active from the 1960s to the 1980s. Arthur has been involved in such television shows as December Bride, Bewitched, F Troop, The Doris Day Show, The Odd Couple, M*A*S*H, Maude, Amen and Gimme a Break!, as well as the mid-1960s sitcom Hogan's Heroes.
He was born in Memphis, Tennessee and died in Westwood, California.
